Masipack was founded in October 1987. It was established as a technical support company to help customers in Brazil with repairs and maintenance on their existing equipment from other manufacturers. Due to a special request from a customer to have a custom-built bagger machine (V.F.F.S.) to package his products, Masipack built its first bagger (MX 160 SL). As a result, Masipack became specialized in packaging equipment for a wide range of needs, customizing its machines according to the individual needs of the customers and their products.
Strategically located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Orlando, FL, USA, with representatives around the world, Masipack continues to offer the best packaging solutions for multiple industries by relying on a highly qualified and experienced team and state-of-the-art machines to meet client demands.
Masipack North America was established in March 2006. The main goal at that time was to provide local technical support and parts to the customers that already had Masipack equipment, since most of them were multi-national.
After developing successful technical and parts departments, Masipack N.A. decided to invest in expanding its business, offering Masipack equipment to a steadily increasing clientele base throughout North America. The first Masipack equipment was installed in the United States in 1997 and this equipment is still fully operational at a client’s facility in Joplin, MO.
Masipack N.A. continues to expand its clientele and team in order to provide its customers with the best service and equipment in the market from its location in Orlando, FL.
Masipack continues to be a leader in flexible packaging technology innovations as it strives to utilize the best in manufacturing equipment and employee knowledge and experience. Because of the investments it has made in its facilities and employees, Masipack is proud to manufacture 80% of the individual parts of every machine produced. This allows Masipack to control the quality and overall value of its products.
Masipack is also proud to provide each customer with a complete solution and not just a sale of packaging equipment. Masipack not only is capable of providing a full-automation packaging solution, but also provides hands-on training for customers as well as technical service and assistance from its in-house technical teams and direct parts from its parts departments.
